Our Services

Daily Living Services
We provide support and assistance for individuals and increase their independence through assistance with completing activities of daily living such as personal finances, budgeting, meal planning, grocery shopping, social adaptive skills, and help connect our clients to a variety of resources in their community.

Social and Recreational Activities
Our community-based services play a vital part of clients connecting in their community. We provide a variety of opportunities to enhance a person's life skills through community integration, socialization and volunteering. Our staff to client ratios ensure a safe environment and personalized attention.

Healthcare Application & Appointments
We assist our clients in supporting their health by attending physician appointment, attending complicated health appointments, understanding personal health issues, assistance with SSI and Medicaid applications, enrollment, and re-certification applications.

Our Newest Services

Supported Employment
Kendra Corbett is our Employment Specialist. With her knowledge, we provide guidance, advocacy, and ongoing support to our clients who want to work meaningful jobs within our community. From job training to the application process and following through long term to support success; we help our clients every step of the way based on their individual needs and goals.

Enhanced Homemaker
We provide in home, educational sessions for clients who want to increase their independence in managing their personal space and improving their independent abilities. We help clients learn to cook, clean, organize, and maintain a healthy personal space.
